2. The following are the terms and conditions for use of the eMarket HAMERLIK website. Placing an order in our online shop means you accept the purchase rules hereof and you are obliged to follow them.

3. A purchase contract becomes binding upon Buyer's receipt of the goods.

4. All prices in this online shop are in gross value and include VAT.

5. A necessary condition for an order delivery is full and correct completion of the order form, including your phone number. The eMarket HAMERLIK online shop reserves the right to contact customers to confirm their orders.

6. When you buy our goods and services in our internet shop, you are entering a legally binding contract. Your use of this website is subject to our terms and conditions of use set out below, and by placing an order you are agreeing, and you are signifying your agreement, to be bound by these terms and conditions.Placing an order means youvoluntarily accept these terms and conditions, conditions of shipment and returns, safety and confidentiality.

7. Orders are delivered the first business day after we receive the order as well as the prepayment on our bank account. If the ordered items are temporarily unavailable in our stock, and the delivery time is going to take longer than 48 hours, the Customer will be notified by e-mail about the delayed delivery date.

8. Delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days.

9. Accepted payment methods are a bank transfer, credit card, or other payments currently available in the shop.

11. Customers may return the ordered items without any specific reason within 10 days from receiving the order, under the condition that the products have not been used or damaged during this time. (see section Shipping and Returns).

12. We refund the returned item, but not the costs of its delivery and shipment back. (see section Shipping and Returns).

13. In all matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
